CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
The hotel guarantees rooms from 15:00, but you can arrive earlier and make the Pre Check In of your stay and enjoy our facilities.
If you arrive at the hotel and your room is ready before 15:00, there will be no problem and you will be able to enjoy your room directly.
Check-out time for guests is 12:00, except in the following situations:
In low season, guests who choose to enjoy lunch or one of our relaxing spa treatments may stay in the room until 16:00 free of charge.
In high season, subject to availability, subject to an additional charge.
Departure at 14:00 supplement of 20,00€
Departure at 15:00 supplement of 30,00€.
Departure at 16:00, half price for 1 night
Departure after 17:00, total price for 1 night
ROOMS
The rooms have a bathtub or jacuzzi.
In the rooms you will find a small empty fridge where you can store your favourite drinks and complimentary water is available on the day of your arrival.
Most of our rooms have a desk, if you require a desk please indicate this on your booking.

We offer products such as toothbrush, toothpaste, combs, sewing kit, conditioner, exfoliator, soap, among others, whenever you request them. These products can be requested at reception.

The bar offers a regular service of drinks, cocktails and a small snack menu.
Every Saturday from 21:30 to 23:00 there is live music in the reading room, and in summer on the pool terrace.
On Wednesdays in August at 22:00 there is a magic show on the pool terrace.

SPA

Children under the age of 16 have a specific timetable for the use of the facilities. You can see the SPA opening hours for children here.
The use of a bathing cap is not compulsory.
If you book directly with us, the spa is free of charge, otherwise the spa has a supplement of 10 € per hour and per person.
Our spa facilities offer indoor swimming pool, saunas, jacuzzi, hammam, massages and treatments, we also have spa break packages available 1 night, spa break 2 nights, and other 4 night packages.

You can make a reservation for our treatments by e-mail or by phoning reception. If you book at a later date, you can book directly by contacting 9850 from your room phone or from the reception of our health centre.

POOL
The use of the pools is exclusively for hotel guests.
The outdoor pools are open from 09:00 to 20:00 h.
No, the swimming pool is only for the use of guests staying at the hotel.
PETS
Yes, with an additional cost for pets and with a maximum weight limit of 15 kg.

Your pet can accompany you in the garden area at the hotel entrance,
They are welcome on the bar terrace, avoiding the sun lounger area and the restaurant (where an area is available for guests with pets).
SERVICES
The establishment has a free parking service right at the entrance of the hotel, and two additional covered car parks, with limited spaces and it is not possible to reserve. We do not guarantee a parking space.

The maximum height allowed for access is 2m high.
The hotel car park has 2 spaces for electric vehicles.
